Job Descriptions

• Being responsible to monitor and control Washing department to ensure that job standards are met
• Co-coordinating with mechanic department to preventive and repair washing machineries if necessary
• Being in charge of researching, developing and maintaining safety procedures to ensure the safety of staffs within Washing Department
• Being responsible to select various chemicals which cut down to minimum expense.
• Working with relevant teams in the training programs for employee within the department to make sure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with high efficiency and productivity.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of working area before beginning to work
• Being in charge of planning the monthly report to management
• Conducting and being host of meetings within the department to ensure smooth operations
• Communicating and handing customer’s complaints
• Other tasks will be reviewed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Central Vietnam 

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years experience to work in washing/drying factory and min 4 years experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company
• Good knowledge and experience in technology, chemicals and process of Washing – Dyeing – Printing
• Can communication in English
