Job Descriptions

• Responsible to support manager in the costing analysis and cost forecast for the whole factory operations
• Along with manage to implement the monthly review about transaction and analyze overhead cost variance
• Work with sales merchandising department and relevant teams to check BOM before doing the finance approval
• Check and approve the suitable Purchase Orders of each department
• Support manager in calculate and make the plan for annual cost budget for the whole factory
• Coordinate with manager of all departments of the factory to prepare factory monthly KPI and follow up accordingly
• Work with warehouse department to check the inventory counting to ensure the accuracy between the report and practices
• Check and follow up with relevant teams to close the completed sales orders
• Other duties will be shares during the interview.

Working Time: Monday  – Saturday

Working Location: Dong Nai

Job Requirements

• Graduated the bachelor or above the major of Finance, Accounting, Auditing…
• At least 3 years of experience at the similar position for manufacturing company. Prefer candidates who have worked at garment/textile/footwear factory
• Good at English communication.
