Responsible to monitor and control accounting Department
Responsible to arrange and prepare financial statement reports monthly, quarter, yearly such as: Profit or Loss statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Cash flows…
Plan to make monthly, quarter, yearly budget
Review to check and control Inventory, fixed assets monthly
Coordinate with HR Department to check salary and social insurance report employee in payroll before publishing
Check and control VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT Reports.
Update and instruct all the Departments within the company to follow to Vietnam laws that related to finance and accounting
Follow and solve tax issues according to any Decision and Circular of Vietnam laws
Build up the standard Costing by building BOM system, standard costing, and progress of products on report, calculate standard labor cost and allocate for every product.
Be in charge of calculating sale price for unit added selling expense, administration expense, and estimate percentage profit
Work with IT team to set up ERP system and apply for factory. Responsible to ensure data in report is accurate and correct.
Other tasks will be review during the interview process.

Working Location: Hung Yen

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Own Bachelor or MBA or Above the major of Accounting, Finance..
At least 15 years experience to work at the similar position and min 5 years experience to work as Chief of Accountant
Experience to work in manufacturing is A MUST. Prefer candidates who has experience to work in garment/textile Company
Strong experience in management and problem – solving
Good at Chinese Speaking. English communication is a plus.
