Job Description

• Responsible for Fabrics Development
• Supporting the fabric technical to the design and/or production team
• Carrying out and implement color testing of fabrics from lab and approving lab dips & Bulk batches
• Coordinating and communicating directly with fabric technical team for every issue during development & Bulk production
• Involving in sourcing fabrics from both locals and overseas
• Developing new fabrics based on the requirement and upcoming fashion trends
• Working closely and building the good relationship with the fabric mills,
• Undertaking quality evaluations of materials and checking the quality of the final product
• Contacting and following up with suppliers for any claims or quality issue & ensure that claims are recovered.
• Communicating and working daily with production team, merchandiser team and other related departments to ensure prompt feedback to resolve fabric related issues

Working Location: HCMC, Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in the same position for garment/Textile Company
• Strong experience in fabric and dyeing, especially synthetic fabrics (NOT interested in cotton fabric and denim fabric experience)
• Good communication and solving –problem skills
• Fluent in English
