Job Description

• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, water, electricity etc.)
• Manage and control the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Research and analyze the structure of building to consider and decide the need for repairs or renovations
• Check the consumption and find the solution to minimize costs
• Supervise facilities and staffs, and external contractors
• Be responsible the activities like parking space, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Decide to allocate office space according to needs and the strategy of Board of Director
• Handle insurance plans and service contracts
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Perform analysis and forecasting

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• Experience as facilities manager or relevant position
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Proficient in English
