Manage maintenance team to run Air condition; Air compressor; Electrical system (PA system, Power supply equipment system, Lighting system, Distribution board system, Main switch board system, BMS system, Generator, Fire alarm system…); Fire-fighting system, Hydraulics system, Mechanical system in good condition and good building of factory
Manage mechanic team to run sewing machines, cutting machines,… in good condition.
Train mechanic team and individuals how to take correct action in case of machines broken-down to meet production requirement on time
Control and manage all machines spare parts to prevent delays or shortages
Managing the import and export of equipment, spare part at the factory
Implement and audit maintenance procedures and improve continuously the repair method and set up new lines
Make plan to order spare parts for all machines in the factory
Work closely with IE team for changing new styles
Work closely with Production team to reduce downtime
Work closely with purchasing team to order spare parts correctly and in a time manner
Work closely with Project team to increase lines case in order to purchase more machines
Work closely with Human resource to recruit, train and evaluate mechanic & maintenance individuals
Working location: 200 km away from HCMC (Accommodation is available)
Working time: Office hours from Monday – Saturday

Have at least 5 years working in the Garment manufacturing Company at the same position
Good at English
