Job Description
- Hold all the PPS meeting before bulk production with production
- Work closely with customer to solve all the quality issue
- Responsible for all the sample of factory
- Solve all the quality problem issue in the production from cutting, sewing, packing and finishing
- Checking Quality Report
- Training for all the QC inline, endline and AQL
- Apply Kaizen, 5S, Lean for working stage
- Making PP meeting with production
- Continuous improvement for production and quality field
- Follow and assure all the Quality process done well and maintain standard quality for factory
- Working Time: Office hours, from Monday – Saturday
- Working Location: 200 km away from the HCMC, Vietnam (Accommodation is available – Rent house)
Job Requirements
- Have 5+ years working at the same position in garment manufacturing company
- Experience in sportswear, outerwear brands, high tech garments including seam sealing and bonding. (Ski-wear, Cycling-wear, Running-clothes)
- Very good in English
- Open for expats whom have current/previous working experience in Vietnam
