- Work with QA/Sale to provide preventive action for customer complaints through deeply investigating the root cause of problems. Lead Lean six sigma project improvement to reduce the most common customer complaints
- Issue new dyeing process for the new product, revise dyeing process to improve performance (dyeing temperature, color quality, fastness,…).
- Support Maintenance team to analysis problem of system and machine.
- Ensure HSE & 5S at the workplace, update & ensure employees, Leading Kaizen, LEAN, Improvement project
- Training Operator
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver KPIs.
- Leading color quality project also member of the other project
- Develop new sample as require / order from Sale, Customers.
- Ensure lead time to delivery sample to Customer
- Analysis data & find out the root cause of the problem to improve product color quality, product quality at the first time to reduce waste, costs, customer complain (by pivot table).
- Coaching Employees.
Working hours: Office hours from Monday – Saturday
Working location: Nam Dinh province (Have Dorm + All Meals)
- Experience textile manufacturing factory
- Good at English
