Job Description

• Reputed Fabric Mill and Production Plant in Vietnam
• Product development head of woven fabrics
• Technical Head of woven fabric production
• Customer communication for all critical matters
• Standardization of raw materials and process
• Defect analysis and corrective preventive measures
• Training of department managers
• Aligning all departments with the organizational goal

Working location: Vietnam

Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday

           Accomodation is available

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience at a similar position
• Knowledge about the types of materials for the garment industry
• Knowledge of the garment manufacturing process
• Management skill; Negotiation skill; Problem-solving skill
• Synthesis and analysis skill; Organization and planning skill
• Communication skill; Relationship building skill
• Proficient use of office utility software
• Good in English
