Job Description

  • Handling full merchandising works such as sample development, price negotiation and order follow up, welcome customers, ensuring on time order delivery.
  • Communicate with internal teams, Overseas Offices and Customers
  • Supervises merchandisers, delegate works and provide coaching to them on daily works
  • Establishes work plans for each phase of assigned PO and coordinates all PO activities
  • To plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on
  • To work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support
  • Analyzes customer requirements to determine the time frame, procedures and allotment of available resources to various phases
  • Controlling time management: Know how to set realistic deadlines and how to communicate them consistently to upper management
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintain effective communication and keep the company’s clients up to date
  • Analyzing and managing project risk: Proactively assess PO risks and issues, establish mitigation plan/ resolution plan and timely communicate to relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring progress: Monitor and analyze efficiently to take corrective measures
  • Control Gross Profit according to the Customer’s profile
  • Abilities to solve customer problems
  • Follow up the price history until final step
  • Control the material price to ensure that no higher than quote
  • Perform other related duties as required under the direction of General Director
  • Job detail will be exchanged in the interview
  • Working time: Office hours from Monday – Friday
  • Working location: My Dinh, Hanoi

  • Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers independently
