Manage the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand
Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers
Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate
Supports proper utilization of ERP system
Build supply chain strategy to meet customer satisfaction
Make sure capacity allocations are correct and follow up with BU’s.
Responsible for procurement / planning / warehouse / logistics
Cooperate with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
Manage and control inventory levels at outside warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital
Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction
Other tasks assigned buy BOD
Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday
Working location: 200 km away from the HCMC, Vietnam (Accommodation is available – Rent house)

At least 5 years working experience in the same postion and and have 8+ years’ experience in management. Experience garment is a must
University degree in related discipline
Computer knowledge as word, excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in English
