Job Description
- Implementing human resource strategies, policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from headquarters
- Setting and determining strategy to increase competencies and efficiency
- Managing a full range of HR functions not limited in Recruitment, training, compensation, Evaluation…
- Providing HR services to support the factory
- Supporting management in attracting, developing and retaining competent employees through providing a full range of HR services covering factory culture, factory structure, manpower planning, talent management processes, people development programs, compensation and benefits, employee relations and problem solving support.
- Implementing training roadmaps, KPIs, etc
- Managing HR department’s annual operating plan
- Other duties as assigned
- Working time: Office hour from Monday – Saturday
- Working location: 200 km away from the HCMC, Vietnam (Accommodation is available – Rent house)
Job Requirements
- Experienced in a manufacturing environment
- Have 3+ years working experience in the same position
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management or any related field
- Good in English
