Job Description

• Using the system for Raw Material ordering, availability and forecast consumption demands
• Detail manufacturing process planning with linking back to product information in the system
• Responsible for the management of planning and reporting of the execution for all sales orders
• Manage the planning for material and consumables to ensure manufacturing execution is not affected and the product is delivered on time in full as per customer/business expectations
• Reporting on machine output capabilities and forecast product availability to ensure optimum product mix and volume is achieved
• Achieve KPI set by management by department cross-functional works with material purchase, production and sales
• Warehouse inventory reporting for Raw Material and Finish Good to control KPI set by management
• Review for and report supply chain opportunities that increase efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain from raw materials to finish goods
• Weekly/monthly planning meetings with materials, production, Quality, Warehouse and Sales.
• Review Planning team skills and develop skills matrix to ensure abilities are matching the roles and responsibility of team members
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity
• Set clear and aligned business KPI’s within the planning team to ensure performance and objectives are achieved
• Production Order management in the system linking sales order to delivery expected lead times
• Working location: Traveling to the factory across Vietnam (Accommodation is available)
• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry with more than 5 years as same position
• Fluent in English
• Front line Management and Leadership training
