Job Description

• Build up a Engineering plan to the factory.
• Standard minute Value (SAM) establishment for all the process in the factory.
• Calculate daily productivity level of all running sections.
• Build up new incentive system based on (SAM) value.
• Calculate thread consumption & reduce inline wastage by optimizing the running SOP.
• Leading the SMV reduction progress by introducing Kaizen/lean practices.
• Find mapping process in the operation & eliminate them. Ex-thread trimming.
• Train IE officers in time study/GSD/Thread consumption/Line Balancing.
• Factory main KPI maintain
• Smart automation solutions implementing in the process. Such as-back pocket, Total cutting solutions,….etc
• Lean Layout implementing in finishing, cutting areas &less material handling sewing line layout designing.
• Quick Change Over practices/visual production monitoring, Bench marking & RFID scanning systems introduction to sewing line.
• GSD pattern applying to running operation & train the staff /workers as per GSD quality standard
• Involve in new product development stage by coordinate with sample room.
• Maintain progress KPI meeting to the management with ongoing projects.

Working Location: North Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience at the same position in garment manufacturing industry
• GSD license holder is preferred
• Excellence in English
