Job Description

• Monitor all the activities of Merchandising Department
• Be in charge of doing costing on the product and quote the price with customers
• Work with Suppliers to ensure quality and quantity of materials to ship ontime
• Responsible to follow up the orders from sample development stage until shipment process
• Ensure the samples are made as the requirement of Buyers/Customers
• Work with relevant teams such as Technical team and Quality team to following up on approvals on colors, fittings…
• Communicate close with Buyer/Customer to ensure deliveries are met as their requirement
• Be a liaison between internal team within the factory and Buyers/Customers
• Work with Production Team to solve any issues during the bulk production process
• Support and train staffs
• Other duties will be review on the interview

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Quang Tri

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as Merchandising Manager for garment factory
• Fluent in English communication
