Job Descriptions
- Responsible to lead the activities of pattern teams
- Design patterns on the computer, edit patterns, change sizes, create diagrams, and calculate material norms
- Check, print diagrams, and coordinate with the cutting team to complete the cutting diagram
- Adjust patterns, jump sizes on the machine, and print diagrams
- Ensure product quality meets technical standards
- Responsible for handling technical problems
- Guide and train to improve knowledge and skills for team members
- Coordinate with the sewing sample department to complete the product according to design ideas
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Nam Dinh
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience at the similar position for Garment Company
- Familiar with design software such as Gerber, Lectra, Optitex
- Can read English document.
