Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor and control all the activities of pattern department
- Manage all the process during pattern making and changes from sample development stage to bulk stage
- Attend on the fitting meetings and then provide guidance and directions for any pattern changes
- Coordinate with relevant teams such as technical design and merchandising about the development and pricings
- Work with the garment technical team to analyze any risks analysis and optimize the cutting and sewing process performance
- Work closely with IE team continuous improvement
- Responsible to make the daily, monthly and yearly report and KPI of Pattern Department
- Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.
Working Location: Bac Giang
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years experience to work as Pattern Manager for garment manufacturing company
- Fluent to work with design software such as Gerber, Optitex, Lectra..
- Proven experience in pattern making, fitting and well understand in product construction
- Fluent in English communication.
