Responsible to manage all the operation activities at Pattern Department
Implement to make first patterns according to the requirement of customer for both sample purpose and bulk production
Provide the comment about measurement issues to the customer until receiving their approval
Be a partner and discuss with Technical Team to Resolve technical issues and provide recommendations to pattern makers as needed
Be in charge of making pattern corrections appropriately to ensure proper and consistency fit
Implement to Garment measuring before sending to the customer
Make the fitting of garment on dummy and giving comments to the sample room
Responsible to identifying any garments defects and provide comments on the garments before sending to the customer.
Amend patterns according to comments and approval of customer and then Grading
Coordinate and communicate frequently with the Customer and internal team such as Technical, Sample Room, and Production…
Train and advice staffs
Other duties will be discussed further during interview process.

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Ha Noi

At least 5 years experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
Proven experience in garment construction, technical, fitting and pattern making. Candidate with Jacket experience is an advantage
Fluent in software Optitex, Lectra, Gerber
Intermediate level at English (verbal and written communication skills)
