Lead all the activities within the Technical Design ( TD) Team
Responsible for the meetings of fitting on dummy and partner with buyers/customers to ensure aesthetic and fitting
Be in charge of approval all samples including fit, construction, measurement, and workmanship at the pre – production meeting before bulk production process
Check and coordinate with Sales & Merchandising Team on workflow to make sure the deadlines are met per as the communication and approval by buyers/customers
Monitor the performance of TD Team and provide any guide dance or advice for improvement if any
Manage the risk management and provide any solutions for technical and quality issues that arising in sample making or bulk production process
Inform and work with the factory to pay special attention to high-risk styles during production process
Support and provide any guideline to members in TD team about the products construction, pattern making and grading.
Allocate and balance the workflow within the team
Attend the meetings with Group’s TD Director
Partner with TD of buyers/customers in order to gain the direction and agreement
Responsible to communicate professional and clearly about the all technical matters with all business partner’s/buyers’ TD
Collaborate and support the factories closely about the technical issues if necessary
Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Location: Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

At least 8 years’ experience at the same position as Technical Designer in garment/apparel Company
Strong experience in product construction, fitting, pattern making…
Verbal and written fluency in English and communication skills.
Skills in troubleshoot, solve the problem and management
