Job Description

• Make FOB costing sheet
• Make sample’s worksheet and sample plan
• Follow sampling plan and ensure to get sample approvals as per time schedule as well as production plan.
• Communicate and closely work with Buyers for sample’s calls out, tech pack’s calls out to release final tech pack with correct details to factory
• Follow team members in order to ensure materials will be ready for production.
• Check and follow production until finish shipment
• Coordinate with related teams from sample development till production time to make sure they can achieve Buyer’s quality requirements
• Update order status to Buyer by reports (TNA, WIP, Shipment status…)
• Work with Buyer and factory’s team solve production’s issues to ensure the garment will be ship on time with required quality
• Other assignment will be discuses on the interview process

Working Location: Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as Merchandising Position for Garment Company
• Experience in FOB products
• Good at English
