Job Description
- Responsible for all daily activities within Sales department
- Make the plan for sales target. Then, implement and adjust the target compared to practical performance
- Seek and develop the network to get new customers and remain the good relationship with existing customers.
- Research and propose sales strategy to expand markets both local and global based on the orientation of the Company.
- Monitor and develop marketing activities and customer service in order to ensure business activities of the company remaining the highest efficiency
- Supervise the performance of staffs. Coach and provide the feedback to team members to reach the targets as planned
- Coordinate with Merchandising Technical, Quality and Production in performance evaluation toward the sales plans and then review and improve current working practices, systems and procedures for continuous improvement
- Work with other relevant department about the price of all products and the contracts before submitting to the Board of Director
- Oversee and check the financial controls and Sales Department Report
- Search and update the market information and trends to recommend new product development
- Other duties will be discussed further on the interview process
Working Location: Central Vietnam
Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning
Job Requirements
- Min 5 years experience to work at the same position for garment/textile industry. Prefer candidates who has experience to work in fabric mills
- Proven – depth knowledge and experience of a variety of fabric (woven, knit…) and fabric construction
- Excellent English communication skills
