Responsible to supervise the finance team
Support to prepare the consolidated accounts
Check the company’s transactions
Assist in treasury and financing functions of Group in Hong Kong
Check and find out the Data in ERP system
Coordinate with relevant team to implement finance module of ERP
Check the compliance of accounting records according to Vietnam Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standard
Check the updated legal of Government and provide any advice to company
Be a leader in training and guidance program for Accounting Team to ensure to improve the their skills
Responsible to check the logic and reliability of accounting transactions
Check journals input, accounting books, internal and external reports
Responsible to set up the procedure for cash receipt and payment, inventory. Supervise Cash operations and balances
Organize and arrange staffs and duties in Accounting Department
Check payroll calculations and advise to HR if any
Check importing, exporting, other Sales/economic Contracts for overall information
Build up or supervise Corporation reports and Financial Statements according to VAS and IAS
Work closely with relevant teams to handle duties with State Agencies, auditing teams, banks if necessary
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: HCMC

Graduates from Bachelor degree in Accounting and Auditing
At least 5 years’ experience to work at the same position
Experience to work in ERP for manufacturing company. Prefer to work in garment/textile
Good in leadership and management skill
Fluent in English communication.
