Job Descriptions

• Provide technical experience in mechatronics to develop new / improved dipping-related machines and control systems
• Research and update on the latest technologies in treatment machines and mechatronics from different sources and propose appropriate technologies to the company
• Study and understand the machine and system requirements
• Propose any ideas/suggestions to improve the use of machines and control systems in the field of garment to enhance product performance, product safety and environmental friendliness.
• Research and perform the feasibility to assess the feasibility of project ideas as needed.
• Work with research organizations and provide any advice to them to ensure the research is progressing in line with the timeline and target as agreed
• Analyze any requirement of the new machine and system to be achieved before the implementation
• Work and contact closely with the machine suppliers
• Work with relevant teams to make sure the new machines and systems design can support the bulk process efficiently
• Responsible to check and arrange pilot machines and systems from suppliers to meet the production requirement
• Design and set up the machine and system as needed.
• Prepare all the training document about the machines and systems to factory to ensure all the employees within the factory are trained with adequate knowledge to operate the new machines effectively.
• Work closely with all the relevant teams within the factory to solve any issues of machine and systems arising during the bulk production
• Coordinate with factory to understand about the demand of new innovation in production and ensure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Other tasks will be assigned by Automation & Equipment Director

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• Prefer candidates who own the Bachelor, MBA above the related majors such as: machine engineer, automation technology…
• At least 5 years experience to work at the similar position for garment/apparel manufacturing company
• Strong experience in management and problem – solving
• Good at English
