Responsible to manage mechanic department
Monitor the on-hand inventory of machines at the whole factory
Forecast and make the plan for the future machinery needs.
Coordinate with suppliers to discuss spare part requirements and recommend purchase based on forecasted needs
Responsible to monitor spare parts inventory level in order to balance between inventory holding costs with machine down-time costs.
Partner with Production and Technical Teams to validate the machinery needs for any new styles
Allocate and prepare the needed machines into the line during production process
Responsible for the machine safety and provide any technical support to solve machine safety issues.
Responsible for machine maintenance (including repair and preventative maintenance) to ensure the machines are in good working condition
Prepare to conduct the Monthly Maintenance Report
Provide trainings and advice for the Mechanic team to make sure their understanding to the best practices.
Responsible for audits of Mechanics

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Vinh Phuc

At least 3 years experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company with the size from 1,000 labors
Good experience in team management and problem – solving
Good at English
