Job Description
- Oversees and directs the operation of steam boilers, chiller water systems, air conditioner system, exhaust gas treatment system, pumping system, air/gas compressor, cooling tower, water pump, waste water system, emergency alarm and auxiliary HVAC, cleaning room
- Monitors building HVAC , cleaning room
- Design and implement preventive and curative maintenance solutions and programs for those above – mentioned system
- Analyze system operations to identify changes that will improve system reliability and efficiency
- Implement periodical testing for these system to ensure adequate capacity is always available to meet expected demand
- Produce periodic or ad hoc reports for above systems to management
- Prepare and manage utility operations and maintenance department labor, services, and material budget
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in coal boiler operation
- At least 3 years of working experience in operation and maintenance o facilities/utilities equipment/system
