Job Description

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out an inspection of the premises to identify and resolve the problem
• Check the electrical and hydraulic systems of the building to ensure functionality
• Plan and supervise all repair and installation activities
• Workload allocation and maintenance staff monitoring (carers, supervisors, etc.)
• Track equipment inventory and order when needed
• Track costs and control budget for maintenance
• Managing relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role
• Experienced in maintenance planning work
• Understand the technical aspects of plumbing, carpenters, electrical systems, etc.
• Working knowledge of machinery
• Ability to track and report on activities
• Good communication and communication skills
• Excellent organization and leadership
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• The degree of a vocational school or BSc / BA in business administration or facility management would be a plus
• The Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be an advantage
