Job Description

• Supervise team of garment technician / sample coordinator / sample sewers to ensure pre-production duplication samples / color samples / salesman samples service
• Review pre-production package information from China development centre
• Assure all information align, accurate & complete
• Review pre-production sample accuracy & related risk in Bulk Production
• Align with China development center in Red Tag requirement & standard, delegate correctly to Bulk Production
• In-charge of Vietnam production Pre-production meeting & Pre-production note
• Graphics / Prints styles fashion iteration in sample duplication & spec creation
• Pre-production calibration of production feasibility study
• Support Bulk Production in quality issues happened, define root cause & action plan to secure production quality
• Provide Training of technician in technical know-how to enhance team sustainability
• Manage sample capacity & sample plan to fulfil pre-production need
• Monitor & review all teammates performance & provide appropriate guidance
• Cups mock up evaluation (in case quality issue happened)

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years of Ladies Intimate background
• Textile / Apparel related University or College graduates (Intimate preferable)
• Advance Paper Pattern training / course
• Familiar with Bra / panty construction & related making up method / workflow
• Understand all types of sewing machines & application on intimate
• Understand paper pattern & alteration, related to fit & customer comments
• Understand intimate production process & quality standard
• Knowledge in fabric moulding & seamless apparel
• Experience in different testing method & application
