Job Description

• Support fashion iteration process to review paper pattern conformity
• Graphics application onto paper pattern
• Assure full graded paper pattern consistency before flow to Bulk Cutting room
• Coordinate with Garment technician in creating graphics simulation for customer
• Support Garment technologist in cup mock up evaluation
• Pattern adjustment for Bulk production special request upon China development center alignment
• Join Pre-production meeting to understand customer need or possible request in pattern

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years of Paper pattern background, 1-2 years in Ladies Intimate
• Understand human body construction & fitting sense
• Ability of pattern alteration, understand customer comments
• Understand intimate production process & quality standard
• Knowledge in graphics application, different fabrication / prints
• Use of Gerber system & Paper Pattern knowledge / alteration logic
• Sewing knowledge & practical skill
• Fully understand relationship between pattern & sewing & related interaction
