Job Description

• Responsible and manage all IE staffs to support production process to make sure to achieves target efficiency
• Ensure the finalize actual production SAM correctly and on time
• Control, evaluate and analyze production status and identify & solve problems if arising within the factory during production process
• Coordinate and support Production Department and other related Department on setting up new lines or new floor
• Research and provide solutions to reduce cost and utilize materials
• Control Incentive System for both SAM and Non-SAM workers and staffs
• Ensure machine utilization within the factory
• Control and manage machine plan and deal special machine arrangement
• Train, apply and energize Kaizen among the technical team
• Other duties will be discussed further in the interview process

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years’ experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company with the scope of (from) 3,000 labors
• Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Innovation
• Good at leadership and communication skills
• High – sense responsibility and can work under high – pressure
• Excellent English
