Job Description
- Communicate with customer to receive the order and then negotiable the price
- Work with Head Office in Hong Kong and China about the detail of sampling, order placement, capacities…
- Responsible for manage the operation activities of Merchandising Team in Vietnam from development stage until delivery process
- Lead, coach and train new staffs in Merchandising Team
- Research and improve ERP systems to ensure all staffs can practice and do ERP by themself
- Be a partner with customers and suppliers and look for new partners within Vietnam
- Focus of new local business to allocate orders in low season
- Other tasks will be assigned by Board of Director
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Nha Trang
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in similar position in garment and textile industry
- Good communication and management skills
- Proficient in English
