Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operation of a well-developed apparel company (Denim)
• Manage sourcing and merchandise activities directly
• Coordinate daily development and merchandising activities
• Responsible for maximizing revenue through effective yield and measures strategies.
• Evaluate and further develop opportunities for new business
• Lead, enhance and manage the overall performance of the teams
• Report to the Managing Director in HCM
• Direct communication with the abroad office and suppliers

• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Friday
• Working location: HCMC, Vietnam

Job Requirements

• University grad. in Business Management or equivalent with min. 5 years’ proven experience at senior manager level preferably in buying office for Denim Products.
• Strong business development sense
• Proven garment experiences with fabric knowledge and the sound product for both woven and knits
• Good command in both spoken and written in English and Vietnamese;
• Good PC skills
• Strong management skills, loyal, honest, independent, self-driven, good team leader, responsive and hardworking
