Job Description
- Build structures, functions for R&D Department
- Make plans and implement activities of the R&D Department.
- Develop products from the selection/ design of materials/ sewing samples / … to ensure in suitable for the requirement of customer
- Improve products & increase the quality of the product, reduce costs.
- Research products of competitors to build better and long-term development strategies of product
- Coordinate with the quality and manufacturing management department to provide solutions for stabilizing product quality
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
- Working time: Office hours from Monday – Friday, and morning Saturday
- Working location: Dist 12, HCMC
Job Requirements
- Have 5+ years of working experience in the same position
- Having strong working experience and understanding techniques of seam sealing, fiber and down injected garment proficiently.
- Proficient in software for making pattern
- Proficient in Office Software
- Very good in English
- Having good skills in planning, negotiating, persuading, inspecting, supervising and training staff …
