Job Description
- Receive materials as sample requirements, confirm material items, review sample production order/reference sample, special parts production and machine equipment consideration
- Marking samples, arrange sample cut, confirm color/ size/ quantity, fabric direction/front and back
- Arrange sample production by material delivery date, report completion time
- Arrange production order according to the principle of PP products priority (other schedules will also be sorted by priority and delivery date)
- Clarify and confirm issues when modeling.
- Making suggestions and discussions on sewing efficiency/logging section (in line with the principle of improving the efficiency of mass production capacity and stabilizing quality)
- Collecting and reporting all the problems that occur during garment production and comments on cut sizes on the model making sheet, to adjust and report the reasonable amount of cutting
- Putting the production line the right quantity when the machine is idle (special models, bulk goods, sales samples) production and production, increase production capacity
Working location: Bac Giang province, Vietnam
Job Requirements
- More than 3 years exp in working at sample (people with producing progress knowledge are preferred)
- Good in English
