Job Descriptions
- Responsible to monitor all the production activities of factory in order to achieve the optimum manpower utilization and highest productivity and efficiency in production and meet production targets
- Work with Planning Department to place the orders, arrange the line capacity, and delivery dates
- Responsible for on time line input to ensure the production targets/budgets
- Responsible to achieve the target of production as planned
- Responsible to ensure the quality standard by managing and coordinating with Quality Manager until delivery as per the customer’s requirement
- Ensure to one time delivery as scheduled
- Work with Sales & Merchandising Department in order to follow up with urgent approvals and materials to achieve agreed shipment date
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environment before and during the production process
- Coordinate with HR Department to lead the training programs to ensure that all the staffs are trained and improved their related skills, knowledge and experience
- Other tasks will be assigned by Board of Director.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Bac Giang
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
- Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proficient in English communication.
