Job Discription

• Manage all the operation activities of production department
• Responsible to review and double – check production schedule
• Work with planning department about the production before bulk process
• Make the plan and monitor the manpower, machine/equipment and material
• Be in charge to manage manpower and material resources to meet production targets
• Manage implementation process of standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ensure health and safety for production floor
• Ensure to meet the product quality standard as requested
• Implement continuous improvement on production processes and continuous monitoring and training staffs on set quality standards
• Responsible to build up and set production budgets
• Manage and control production budgets
• Review and analyze reports on production and quality issues
• Make the decision and implement correction and improvements on production processes
• Coordinate with relevant department within the factory to ensure delivery time
• Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Long An

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years working at the same position for apparel manufacturing factory. Prefer candidate who has experience to work with Woven fabric products
• Proven experience in team management, problem – solving and motivation
• Good at English communication
