Job Description

• Manage P & L and all the factory operations
• Responsible and manage for the strategic planning, directing, and upgrading of the all manufacturing activities and facilities within the factory
• Ensure and responsible for the effective management of the entire manufacturing operation to meet the yearly budget and business strategy according to the board of executive directors.
• Identify and implement the necessary changes to improve manufacturing process, yield and quality.
• Ensure the In and Out materials, work in progress materials, and the finished products meets the company standards and requirement of compliances.
• Analyze and identify the responsibilities and authorities of staff and approval the training programs for staffs within the factory
• Build the company images by partners with the customer, government, community organizations and employee implement and comply with ethical business practices.
• Other tasks will be discussed and assigned by the Board of Director of the Group

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years working at the same position for manufacturing factory, prefer candidate who has experience in the field Garment and Accessory
• Excellent proven – experience in management and communication skills
• Fluent communication both Chinese and English
