Responsible to plan, build, implement and monitor all operation activities and outputs within the woven factory
Check and supervise the standard quality of all products and ensure the on time delivery as per the customer’s requirement
Be in charge for maximizing resources as well as minimizing the cost.
Follow up and ensure the Safety, Healthy and Environmental, rules and regulations, work attitude… within the factory
Involve the training programs for staffs in order to improve and develop skills for employees which comply with the development target of group
Responsible for Monitoring all production activities from raw materials until shipment
Build and plan the development strategies to improve efficiency for the whole factory.
Ensure the production schedules fit with the target of the organization.
Monitor and take any actions/decisions to solve all urgent issues such as faulty or delayed materials, machine breakdown, employee trouble and other barriers.
Be a host of the meetings with relevant departments to make a list for the daily actual output to make sure the delivery dates.
Responsible to make the plan for Manpower at the factory
Responsible any Decision and result to Boards of Director

Working Location: Nearby HCMC

Working Time: Monday to Friday

At least 10 years experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company with size from 500 labors
Good knowledge and experience in 5S, Lean, Kaizen…
Proficient in English. Chinese speaking is a plus
