Job Description
- Directly responsible for P & L for company
- make operational decision to execute the company strategies
- drive operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company growth orientation
- Responsible for oversee Design and Production of all garment styles according a month for all production plant within the company
- Be in charge of monitoring and remaining all the existing stores
- Responsible to find and develop location for new stores and decide the concepts for these new stores.
- Manage and set up the KPI for department, including Design, Production, Marketing, Sales, Finance, E Commerce.
- Coordinate with E – Commercial Team to build and improve Website of company in order to reach the target of sales for both existing customers and new customers
- Other duties will be discussed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday to Friday
Working Location: Hanoi
Job Requirements
- Min 8 years’ experience at the same position in the field of garment and fashion
- Proven experience in delivering the business projects, developing sourcing and products, increasing performance and sales, as well as introducing cost-effective business solutions.
- An excellence communicator and management skills
