Job Description

• Be responsible and manage the Profit and Loss of the whole factory
• Manage and control the techno-commercial, strategies and team management;
• Meet the target in utilization of plant, machinery, PPC, utilities and quality management;
• Set up the KPIs, overall quality, performance standards, SOPs for the organization;
• Achieve profitability in operations through production planning and cost control;
• Develop and improve the skills, knowledge and apply the strategic plan to goal the development strategy of the organization
• Ensure the satisfaction of customers through product innovation, quality improvements and timely delivery;
• Identify and evaluate growth and expansion opportunities according to the orientation of Group development
• Other tasks will be discussed in the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Textile Science/Textile Engineering and graduate degree in Business Management/MBA
• Good knowledge in textile fabrics and the textile process chain
