Job Description
- Coordinate with QA and Sales Team to provide necessary action for the complaint of customer through deeply investigating the root cause of problems.
- Apply and lead Lean Six Sigma project to reduce minimally the most common customer complaints
- Conduct the new dyeing process for new product, revise dyeing process to improve performance (dyeing temperature, color quality, fastness…
- Assistant Maintenance team to analysis the problem of system and machine.
- Always ensure HSE & 5S at workplace, update & ensure Lead Kaizen, LEAN, Improvement project
- Work with other department to set and reach the KPIs.
- Manage the color quality project and the other related projects
- Research and Develop new sample based on the requirement of Customers and Sales Team
- Build the new recipe as require / order from Sales and Customers
- Control and ensure lead time to delivery sample to Customers
- Coach and train Employees.
Working location: Nam Dinh – Vietnam
Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements
- Experience in textile manufacturing factory, especially in Polyester
- Good at English
