Responsible to monitor the production process and make a production schedule daily, weekly and monthly
Ensure the cost of production according to the orientation of Board of Management
In charge of ensuring all products are produced on time and are of good quality;
Allocate human resource within the factory
Male the timescale for the job and ensure to follow up this plan
Responsible to calculate the costs of production process and build up the quality standards.
Monitor the production processes and adjust production schedules if necessary
Work with purchasing, machine and maintenance teams for selection and maintenance of equipment within the factory
Coordinate with QA Team to ensure product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
Be a bridge among others department, BOD and Buyers/customer…
Implement the company’s policies to achieve the goals as planned
Ensure that health and safety for all workers in factory are followed.
Supervise and motivate staffs daily to achieve goal and targets.
Set up PKI and evaluate workers’ performance.
Coach and train staff
Update and apply Lean, IE in to production
Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Long An

At least 5 years experience at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
Must have to experience to work as IE for manufacturing company, garment/apparel experience is plus
Fluent in English verbal and written skills
