Job Description

• Responsible for the all the production activities within the factory
• Manage and control garment manufacturing process: cutting, sewing, technical, quality, shipping..
• Check and control the production plan
• Be in charge of efficient of production process at the factory
• Be a host of PP meetings with relevant department before the bulk production
• Take any necessary and ontime action if there is any issues arising production process
• Ensure the quality, quantity and delivery time as the requirement of customers and plan
• Coordinate with other department to ensure the working environment within the factory as the standard
• Welcome Authority/Buyers/ Third Party/.. to visit and work with the factory
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process
• Reporting directly to Regional Director of Group

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years at the same position
• Experience to work in the garment company with size 500 labors
• Good in English
