Job Description

• Fully responsible in managing all production and business activities of the company in Vietnam
• Manage and control the departments within the factory and build the plans, strategies, set up the goals, set the direction for the development of factory in Vietnam
• Ensure the achievement of the goals of sales growth, profitability, product quality, human resource development, in line with the common strategy and mission of Group
• Build a professional image and style for all employees of the factory, create motivation for subordinates to motivate employees to successfully fulfill the targets
• Ensure compliance with legal principles and internal policies to maintain the legitimacy and business ethics of the company
• Build professional, friendly working environment, creating motivation for the team
• Other duties will be assigned by the Board of Director

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Binh Duong

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience in the same position or equivalent position for garment/apparel/textile manufacturing company
• Highly experienced, entrepreneurial, senior professional with an ability to lead, inspire and motivate people.
• Must be energetic and able to develop productive relationships with all key stakeholders
• Excellent in English. Chinses is a plus
