Job Description

• Overall responsible for all activities and efficient within the factory
• Make the Plan and organizes the Production Schedules.
• Responsible to meet the production plan.
• Control and decide the standards and systems of quality
• Manage the production processes and maintain and control the target from cutting until shipping
• Check and supervise the timescales with the planning team if necessary.
• Responsible the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Lead and advice the training program rand train staff within the factory
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are meet as the rules
• Welcome organization of local authority, customers, when they visit or work at the factory
• Overlook the cutting & the Packing departments to ensure the planned QTYs being achieved.
• Other task will be discussed and assigned according to Board of Director from Group

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years working as production manager for garment manufacturing factory from 1,000 labors
• Good experience in problem – solving, management and communication skills
• Fluent communication in English
