Job Description
- Responsible for all factory operations and activities
- Manage all the production process from cutting step until shipping with quality
- Responsible for ensure the effective factory management and to maintain discipline within the factory.
- Improve and update the factory line production plan.
- Update the style wise daily plan and IE targets.
- Take the necessary actions to achieve the IE targets.
- Ensure the line balancing
- Check and control the availability of fabric, accessories and all other production related materials during bulk production process
- Supervise and coordinate the collection of required production related materials by warehouse department
- Ensure that all section in charges & supervisors knows the Plan, IE targets, Operation bulletin and Shipment plan.
- Ensure the making of size set sample and pattern adjustments for bulk cutting.
- Responsible for sewing production performance of the factory.
- collect and maintain order wise production schedule, monitor production to meet the targets in due time
- Lead the training programmer for employers at the factory
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Dong Nai
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience at the same position for garment manufacturing with the scope from 1,000 labors
- A strong communicator and management skills
- Excellent in English
