Job Description

• Assist Production Manager in controlling and monitoring the bulk production process to ensure the production process is carried out based on the delivery schedule and approved budget
• Responsible to arrange and approve monthly delivery schedule according to the requirement of customers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to solve all the issues that arising on the production process and find out the root cause in order to avoid the defects
• Conduct a daily meeting with the head of related department to monitor and evaluate of the performance of actual production within the factory in time, quality, and technical issues and provide the solutions
• Responsible the production to Manager and Board of Director (BOD)
• Ensure and implement Health and Safety, Production & Social compliance procedures
• Involve in the PP meeting, risk analysis meeting and sharing suggestions and solution if any
• Other tasks will be assigned by the manager and BOD

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years’ experience as Assistant Production Manager for garment/apparel manufacturing company with the size of 500 labors
• Proven – experience in communication and solving – problem skills
• Good at English
