Job Description

• Receiving production information from Sales & Merchandiser Team about orders including technical information, quality and quantity information, purchasing orders and shipping time
• Coordinate with vendors/factories and follow up the pre – production and production process
• Check and work with Sales & Merchandiser to make sure that all garment are made in correct design, color, quantity, quality and on time delivery.
• Support vendors/factors and take any actions or provide the solutions in case there is any delay shipment or any issues arising during the bulk production process to ensure the vendors/factories are able to handle orders successfully as requirement
• Attend the meetings and cooperate with other relevant teams such as QA, Purchasing, Planning… to solve problem about the orders and minimize the lost
• Other tasks will be resigned by Regional Merchandising Manager

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 5 yeas experience at the similar position for garment/apparel Company. Prefer candidate who has experience to work in Representative office for Vendor/Buyer
• Good skills in solving problems and teamwork
• Fluent English communication
