Job Description

• Ensure the vision of the product buying portfolio in order to choose the right manufacturing partners to make samples accurately according to the requirement of customer
• Work with suppliers to ensure to optimize availability of stock and flow planning to meet the production efficiencies
• Responsible for overseeing the production plan and process. Ensure the on time delivery with the right quality and quality per the requirement of customer.
• Responsible to take care the new lines and ensure production process go smoothly.
• In charge and ensure fabric quality is tested and managed accurately according to the requirement.
• Coordinate closely with Vendors about their performance and support immediately if there is any issued arising in the production process.
• Travel to sub – factories if necessary in the region to address production issues.
• Play as a key collaborator between supplier, buying, quality, supply chain and sourcing teams

• Other duties will be assigned by Regional Merchandising Manager

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Working Location: Home – based in HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience at the same position in the field of garment/appeal
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Negotiation skills
