Responsible to monitor the R & D Department and manage team of Designer, technician, lab test to ensure the product are built up within standard requirement of customer
Ensure all R&D sample stages are followed including fitting, technical construction, materials, duty, pre-cost, timeline…
Check and confirm the pattern, spec details, material, confirmation for factory & production team to follow
Follow up sample status with all relevant teams to ensure the samples are finished on-time
Collaborate with suppliers to develop new function materials and source for cheaper materials to lower the cost.
Work with production & technical team during trial time to ensure bulk process go smoothly
Responsible to transfer R&D tech package to Management and relevant teams
Work with factory teams to follow the standard requirement
Attend meetings to review further detail of the new developed products of each season
Lead and involve the training programs for staffs
Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday Morning

Working Location: Hanoi

At least 8 years experience to work in camping product ( tent, bags, bagpack…) with 3 years experience at the similar position for camping products manufacturing company
Strong in innovation, motivation, management skills
Excellence in English communication
