Job Description

• Responsible to monitor all the operations of Merchandising Department
• Liaising with clients in USA and manufacturers/factories across Vietnam
• Be in charge of do testing for fabric and garments
• Auditing factories/manufacturer’s social compliance
• Be a partners and coordinate closely with manufacturers, make the plan on weekly basis, follow up each order on daily basis and develop new suppliers while maintaining current ones
• Build the guideline for merchandising and quality control teams according to each buyer’s requirements
• Coach and train merchandisers and QAs
• Do costings
• Responsible to source materials in Vietnam and region
• Negotiations with buyers and manufacturers
• Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• Min 15 years working in the garment industry and at least 5 years as Senior Merchandiser Manager or above in Garment Company
• Good experience and knowledge in both Woven and Knit products
• Must have a good experience to work with US customers
• Good network and relationship with garment factories across Vietnam
